Best Gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool and superb classes you can find in Ely. Amazing team very knowleable always helping. Clean and tidy. Many classes suitable for all ages. Yoga classes truly outstanding 5 star for all instructors. Recent upgrade to jacuzzi and showers looks great. Recommended to anyone.

Great pool and jacuzzi with steam and sauna room, good gym space with plenty of cardio equipment. LOVE the classes, circuits on thurs and TREX on Mon and Fri are personal favs but really enjoy all the ones I've tried. Lovely staff, offer 1:1s if you aren't confident and great with advice on technique and motivation. Such a non-judge environment it feels very comfortable for workouts and trying new things. Friendly, fun and challenging!!! 100% recommend !
